Has Teamed Up Once Again for the 2020 Chili Cook Off!

 

Sunday, March 8th, 2020

1 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Location: Island Bar and Grill Pawleys Island!

All proceeds benefitting a Local Child through Make-A-Wish Foundation South Carolina 

We are expecting over 25 chili cook off teams and multiple vendors participating in the chili cook-off event.

A live band will be playing all day along with a bouncy house for the kids!

Tickets (On-Site Only)

$10.00 per Adult - Includes Unlimited Tastings 

Every participant at the event will get to choose their favorite chili!

$5.00 per Child (under age 10), includes bouncy house, hog dog and a drink.

Chili Cook-Off Cooking Team Information & Guidelines

 The entry fee is $50.00 per cooking team. 

Each participant will receive two tickets for their employees or friends to use. 

  • All participants must bring their own fuel, cooking equipment, utensils, pots, pans, tablecloths, tents, décor, etc. 

  • Ingredients may be prepped, but not cooked prior to arriving. No smoked or cooked meats are allowed unless done on-premises. 

  • Each participant needs to make 20 gallons of chili, garnishes are allowed. (Change from Previous Years)

  • Participants need to provide their own table & sign/banner, no longer than 6 feet. 

  • Cooking may start any time after 6 a.m. at Island Bar and Grill (Pawleys Island)

  • There will be celebrity judges, ONLY ONE TEAM WILL WIN IN EACH CATEGORY. 

  • There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards for People’s Choice & Judge’s Choice. 

  • Tastings for the participants will start at 12 p.m. & judges will start at 1 p.m.
